When craving hot soup but pressed for time, turn to your Crock-pot for this gluten-free chicken noodle soup recipe! With just a quick prep session and 4-5 hours in the Crock-pot, you’ll have a comforting gluten-free chicken soup ready for dinner!

Some women prefer to prepare their own chicken stock by purchasing a whole chicken, handling all the necessary but unpleasant tasks, allowing it to cook throughout the day, straining it, picking off the meat, and preserving the stock for soup. However, that’s not my style! Frankly, I hope to never have to delve into the insides of a bird… ever. I also have no interest in dealing with removing skin, bones, or any other unsavory parts from chicken. If that’s your thing, more power to you!

I often prepare this recipe for gatherings with both family and friends because it’s budget-friendly, universally enjoyed, and I’m typically willing to invest a bit more time, especially when hosting guests. Surprisingly, many individuals have yet to experience the delight of this homemade chicken noodle soup cooked in a crockpot.
