During a terrible round of allergies three years ago, I felt as though I hadn’t breathed through my nose or taken a breath without coughing for weeks. That’s when I learned about them. After using a Ricola dual action, I was able to breathe easily for at least thirty minutes, and that too via both nostrils! We always have them available in case we require immediate relief. Stores around here rarely carry anything other than the (great) cherry flavour; occasionally, I can get the lemon flavour, but I’ve never even seen the mint flavour. We are overjoyed to have a backup supply of all three flavours!
- When there is congestion or during the flu season, this is a need. I placed an order for these Dual Action Lemon Honey and the Regular Ricola Cherry packs. It’s true that this dual action unlocks you for at least an hour and does anything. The menthol simply lashes out at you after that. Although I don’t like menthol, this mint isn’t as strong. Compared to Vicks VapoCool severe, which is also aggressive during congestion, I would rate this as much smoother. Going forward, stick to Gel, sometimes known as dual-action mints.
